Next month in Dallas, a transformative new summit is set to debut, boldly reshaping how Latina women gather, grow, and galvanize. On Saturday, July 26, the inaugural EmpowHER Latina Summit will unfold at Buckner Preparatory, offering a dynamic space where wellness, culture, and ambition converge to honor the full identity of the modern Latina.

Structured as an immersive, one-day experience, EmpowHER Latina is more than an event, it’s a movement. A celebration of mind, body, career, wellness, and community, the summit integrates free health services, entrepreneurial resources, and cultural programming into a holistic model of empowerment. Rooted in cultural pride and health equity, and powered by the impactful Health Fiesta Tour, the event reimagines what it means to show up, for oneself, for the community, and for future generations.

“We didn’t want to create another conference. We wanted to spark a cultural shift—one that celebrates Latinas in all dimensions of their lives,” says Cesar Rolon, founder and lead producer of EmpowHER Latina Summit and The Latina Expo. “This summit is our love letter to the community. It’s about access, dignity, and unapologetic celebration.”

Presented as an intentional extension of The Latina Expo, EmpowHER Latina offers a more intimate and immersive setting designed to meet women where they are, emotionally, professionally, and culturally. Throughout the day, attendees will be welcomed into Health Villages that provide free and low-cost services, including medical screenings, mental health support, CPR demonstrations, HIV and STD prevention education, and wellness programming tailored for teens and men. The summit bridges critical care with cultural connection, recognizing that wellness for Latinas must be accessible, culturally relevant, and community-centered.

“Health access isn’t a luxury—it’s a right,” Rolon affirms. “When we bring services into trusted, affirming spaces like this summit, we break barriers and build trust. That’s the future of public health.”

Beyond wellness, EmpowHER Latina champions Latina entrepreneurship with its Vendor Marketplace Spotlight, showcasing local Latina-owned businesses across beauty, wellness, digital innovation, and lifestyle. The summit also features a full day of programming, including empowerment panels on leadership and economic mobility, interactive workshops on brand building, and community dialogues across industries and generations. Whether a visitor is launching a business, scaling a brand, seeking guidance, or rediscovering her voice, the summit creates real-world opportunities for connection and collective uplift.

“We believe in the power of visibility,” says Rolon. “Every business in our marketplace tells a story. And every woman who walks through our doors is a changemaker.”

The significance of this inaugural event lies not only in its thoughtfully curated programming, but in its deeper purpose. As Latina influence continues to grow across sectors, systemic inequities remain in areas like healthcare access, capital investment, and cultural representation. The EmpowHER Latina Summit responds directly to these disparities with intention and impact. Through tiered sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and targeted media outreach, the summit amplifies Latina voices while delivering measurable outcomes. Partners gain brand visibility across leading media platforms and, more importantly, contribute to advancing long-term health equity and economic inclusion.

“This isn’t performative,” Rolon notes. “EmpowHER Latina is a blueprint for sustainable impact. We’re investing in people, not just moments.”

“This is not just an event,” Rolon says. “It’s a signal that the time for visibility, equity, and collective healing is now. And it begins with us.”

With its debut this July, EmpowHER Latina plants the seed for a new era. One where Latinas are not only seen, but celebrated in full. It’s a bold affirmation that wellness and wealth-building, cultural pride and collective care, ambition and identity are not competing priorities, they are the foundation of Latina empowerment. This summit isn’t just an event, it’s a shift in narrative. It invites a future where inclusion is intentional, equity is actionable, and Latina women rise not from the sidelines, but from the center. And that future begins now.
